Each piece begins with an in-depth study of the athletic movement. Our designers analyze tension zones, hot spots, and key movements to create anatomical cuts. The initial patterns are prototyped in-house, adjusted to the millimeter, then validated on athletes before any production begins.
Step 2 - Fabric selection
We source exclusively from European and Japanese spinners renowned for their expertise in technical fibers. Each fabric is chosen for its breathability, recovery stretch, and durability over time. No compromises: if a material does not meet our laboratory requirements, it is discarded.
Step 3 - Cut & assemble
The cut is laser-made for absolute precision, with no loss or fraying. The assembly combines invisible flatlock stitching and heat sealing in friction areas, for second-skin comfort without irritation. Each finish is hand-inspected before moving on to the next step.
Step 4 - Real-world testing
Our products are tested by partner athletes for several weeks: long-distance running, HIIT training, gym sessions, varied outdoor conditions. We collect their feedback on support, breathability, and durability. If a product fails even one criterion, it goes back to the design phase.
